Out-of-Network Commercial Insurance Track
Acupuncture First handles all electronic medical claim filing and paperwork submission to your commercial insurance carrier (such as Anthem, Blue Shield, or Aetna).
• The Discovery & Strategy Session:
All new patients complete our signature comprehensive evaluation and health roadmap session. A $50.00 reservation fee is processed online today to anchor your time slot. The remaining $99.00 balance is settled at the time of your session. This session is not billable to health insurance.
• The Treatment Session Deposit:
Acupuncture First is an out-of-network provider. For patients utilizing out-of-network health insurance benefits, our master standard fee is $249.00 per full-body clinical session. We collect a standard $50.00 upfront visit deposit at the time of care, which in many cases approximates your estimated out-of-pocket responsibility.
• Account Tracking & Final Settlement:
Once your insurance company processes the claim and issues your final Explanation of Benefits (EOB), our billing team will carefully review the insurance-allowed amounts and any plan-mandated patient responsibilities.
If an account variance occurs, we will review your statement privately to confirm your exact coverage details, ensure total transparency, and determine the best path forward for your account.
