Initial Evaluation & Booking Policy
A secure $50 upfront deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit is non-refundable and will be held as a cancellation / no-show fee if you modify your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
- If you proceed with treatment: Your $50 deposit goes 100% toward your total session cost.
- If you decline treatment: Your deposit will be retained as your flat Clinical Examination Fee for the provider's time and diagnostic assessment.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge at any time up to 24 hours prior to your visit.
