We do not offer an in-office payment option for this introductory track. Prepayment activates your treatment room slot and ensures zero checkout delays when your session finishes.
    • Cash-Only / Insurance Exclusion: This introductory relaxation track is an exclusive, flat-rate retail offer. Commercial health insurance cannot be utilized, claims will not be filed, and medical Superbills cannot and will not be issued for this session.
    • Strict No-Refund Policy: To maintain our transparent pricing structures, all promotional track payments are completely final. We do not issue credit card cash refunds. If you cannot make your slot, your prepayment is safely preserved as an active clinic credit.
    • 24-Hour Modification Rules: If you need to modify your time slot, we require at least 24 hours advanced notice in order to safely transfer your prepaid clinic session credit to a new calendar date. Cancellations or no-shows under the 24-hour window forfeit the $47 prepayment completely. Unused clinic credits expire permanently after 90 days.
